Information website according to national legislation and article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679
According to the art. 4 and 24 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, the Holder of the Processed Data and OMCE of Rocchetti Amleto Spa, with registered office at Via Dell’Industria 12, 60012 Trecastelli (AN), Tel. + 39071.791101, Fax + 390719202198, e-mail info@omce.com, in the person of the pro-tempore legal representative.
The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness of art. 6 of EU Reg. 2016/679, for the compilation of a form to request information; the legal basis of the processing and the legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f).
The data collected will be processed by manual, IT or telematic means, with respect for the purposes for which they were collected and in a way that guarantees security and confidentiality. Personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the specific fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes, also taking into account the respect of the times imposed by the law for purposes of
judicial protection of the interests of the User and of the Owner. Therefore, in compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 letter. e) of the EU Reg. 2016/679, the storage of personal data provided depends on the purpose of the processing: for contact request data the storage time and maximum 6 months.
The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients, who will process the data as managers (Article 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and / or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Owner and Manager (art.29 of Reg. UE2016 / 679), for the purposes listed above in point 2. Specifically, the data will be communicated to:
> subjects that provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks, including e-mail and the website;
> freelancers, studios or companies in the field of assistance and consulting;
> competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and / or provisions of public bodies;
The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processing Manager, or operate in total autonomy as separate HolderS of the Processed Data.
Holder of the Processed Data will not transfer your personal data to a third country or to an international organization. However, it reserves the right to use cloud services; in which case, the service providers will be selected from those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by art. 46 of Reg. UE2016 / 679.
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide his personal data.
The provision of data is optional or necessary depending on the specific purpose for which the data is processed.
Failure to provide the data marked with the symbol * will make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the Holder of the Processed Data.
You can assert your rights as expressed in the articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller at info@omce.com. You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of processing.
Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, eg profiling), as well as to the portability of your data.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to complain to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a), has the right to revoke the consent given at any time.
In the case of request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you with a structured format, commonly used and readable, by automatic device, the personal data concerning you, without prejudice to paragraphs 3 and 4 of the art. 20 of the EU Reg. 2016/679.
